A modern accountant needs in-depth knowledge in the fields of IT, taxes, accounting, law and software implementation, and it often happens that an accountant also performs the role of a board assistant. Therefore, in these cases, keeping a separate specialist on staff is not justified and **it is more reasonable to outsource the service**, because the price of the outsourced accounting service is also more reasonable compared to hiring and training a separate employee. ### How is the price of accounting formed? When outsourcing a service instead of hiring an accountant, companies actually have a fairly large choice, and the **price of the service is largely determined by the different additional services**. This is where the price of the service varies greatly, because each company has a different number of employees who need to be kept records. The use of fixed assets and the need to prepare contracts and other documents also vary between companies. ### Should you choose an accounting service provider based solely on price? It is not advisable, because, like many other things, the eternal conflict between quality and quantity applies here too. It is simply not possible to get a good, modern result that meets all your wishes for a cheap price. Therefore, you should not choose a service provider based solely on the price of the accounting service. Today, a good accountant is **something more than just a specialist focused on his or her narrow field**. Therefore, when choosing a service provider, you should keep in mind the added values offered, including the use of several modern programs, the development of special solutions for the client, and the ability to think "outside the box". **Good-quality data analysis** and graphs, drawings and summaries that support economic activities are also a solution that certainly supports companies' activities.
