Quote for annual report

We believe that we can offer the best solution for accounting in Estonia. Currently we are offering our services to 800 clients and we hope we can be a reliable partner for your company as well.

The price list for the annual report is:

  • Annual report with 0-5 transactions (source documents) – 199€;
  • Annual report with 6-20 transactions (source documents) – 349€;
  • Annual report with 21-50 transactions (source documents) – 499€;
  • Annual report with more than 51 transactions (source documents) – price upon agreement.

Source documents are invoices, bank or cash transfers (except invoice payments).  


The quote includes:

  • entering the accounting documents into accounting software
  • fixed assets accounting (if necessary)
  • compiling the annual report in e-Business Register

Additional services (if needed):

  • each additional source document for 2€, in the case of a summary report (eg. sales report), an extra price will be agreed;
  • salary calculations for 5€ per employee/ per month;
  • tax consultation fee is 120€ per hour;
  • other additional services with a price 55€ per hour;
  •  preservation of original documents 30€ per year.

The VAT 22% will be added.

Our accounting service is paper free. It means all the accounting documents could be either e-invoices, pdf-invoices or picture files. During the contract period we archive the accounting documents and make sure the documents are preserved until the date according to the law (or until the end of the service contract).

To guarantee client's safety we have concluded liability insurance of 100 000€ that will compensate losses which are a consequence of our mistake.
