The last few years have been spent more in the role of an entrepreneur and manager. I started this path as an office manager at an accounting office. The company offered services to foreign entrepreneurs in accounting, finance and taxation matters. Non-residents were also helped with all sorts of other business-related issues. There was a strong team of specialists who were also representatives of companies in Estonia. It was all a nice boutique company, but the small size was also a limiting factor for undertaking broader IT developments and system reorganizations. The foreign co-owner of the office at the time announced at one point that he would like to retire soon and withdraw from the entire business. Life had presented itself with the opportunity to set new goals and make reorganizations. The best opportunity for this seemed to be to join a larger accounting office. We visited several service providers, mapping out suitable goals and opportunities for a common future.
