The maximum amount of the project support is **116,824.73 euros** and the project is co-financed by the European Union. More and more processes in the field of accounting and financial services are moving to digital. For us, this means, above all, the opportunity to reduce repetitive manual work and direct more time to activities that require specialist experience, analysis and decision-making. ## What does the project involve? During the project, we will further develop Grow Finance's IT systems and automate several service processes. As one important direction, we are creating **interfaces with the most commonly used accounting software by our clients**. Smoother data exchange between systems helps reduce the need to manually transfer data from one system to another and makes the flow of information faster and more efficient. We are also improving the **client portal's new client onboarding process** to make starting cooperation as smooth as possible. In addition, we are automating **the submission of tax returns**, reducing the number of manual operations. ## Less manual work, more time for substantive work The goal of automation for us is not simply to automate as many activities as possible. It is important that technology supports our specialists and makes daily work smoother. Grow Finance is by its nature an accounting company that uses digital solutions - our previous company principles have also emphasized efficiency, digital administration and paperless accounting. Through the new project, we are moving forward in this direction: **better connected systems, less manual work and more efficient service processes**. ## What does this mean for our clients? Automated processes and better data exchange help to make service provision faster and reduce the risks associated with manual data processing. In the long term, the project will also help to increase **accountant hourly productivity and revenue per client**. This gives us the opportunity to use our specialists' time where their knowledge creates the most value. For us, technological development does not mean less human cooperation.
