This does not give the impression of a company as a modern "technology company" if the company's support services remain from the time when "dinosaurs" still lived. ### In Estonia, it is estimated that only 10% of invoices are sent as e-invoices. Although most of the programs used technically allow this. Our practice shows that the introduction of e-invoices often remains in the tangle of the narrow worldview of the manager and accountant, not behind technical solutions or price. I would like to draw your attention here that an e-invoice is not a PDF invoice that you receive in your email. An e-invoice moves between programs, not with an e-mail. However, a PDF can also be sent with an e-invoice, which is sent to an e-mail. ### The processing fee for an e-invoice is 5 times cheaper than a PDF invoice. The most expensive processing is, of course, a paper invoice (including all cashier's checks). The price of the latter depends on the transportation and methods of transmission of the paper. Not to mention the information that no technological gadget can read from a paper invoice without errors, so for those who value craftsmanship, think carefully about what added value you are creating with it. ### An e-invoice is not a PDF invoice. E-invoices can be automatically sent directly to another program, i.e. the buyer's accounting program. It is also possible to send e-invoices to a bank, i.e. use a service that was previously called direct debit. The latter also allows you to automatically pay invoices if the buyer has signed a corresponding contract. ### You will receive the e-invoice settings and the contract within a day. Most programs used in Estonia have an interface, i.e. the possibility of exchanging data between the software and the e-invoice operator. So all you have to do is join a service provider that mediates e-invoices, for example [Omniva](https://www.omniva.ee/ari/arve), Telema, Opus Capita. In addition, you need to make a small one-time setting in your accounting program and technically the program is ready to exchange e-invoices. To send an e-invoice, you need to select the e-invoice button instead of the print button or define the invoice issuing method on the customer card. The invoice issuer does not need to do anything else complicated. E-invoice operators charge a service fee for incoming purchase invoices, while sending sales invoices is free. However, today the price is already quite reasonable and is definitely worth it for the entrepreneur. Our customers have a processing fee of 100 e-invoices of €14 (incl. monthly fixed fee). This means that we have the invoices directly in the accounting program at approximately 15-minute intervals, which the relevant person has access to, where they can manage and sign the invoices directly. Invoice management works from any smart device with an internet connection. Since we know that not all invoices are sent as e-invoices today, we can also process PDF invoices within 24 hours. This means that all invoices are visible as images (as they are in the original) in the accounting program. So if **you still receive both paper and PDF invoices to some extent, this is not an obstacle to using the e-invoice solution.** **The transition to e-invoices takes no more than a few hours, but the benefits in terms of time savings are invaluable.** Please do not miss this opportunity and **[_contact us_](https://grow.ee/wp-content/uploads/wp-mfa-exports/page/kontakt.md),** we will help you find a solution**.**
