The headache of e-invoices is mostly caused by people themselves, who do not want to get rid of old, ingrained habits. There are significantly more technical solutions than they know how to use. **Reasons why e-invoices are not sent:**- There is no modern program that would show the recipients of e-invoices. - The program shows the recipient of the e-invoice, but the employee's habits have not changed. So he is looking for a way to continue doing it the old way. At the moment, the knowledge is still spreading that the recipient of an e-invoice should notify his suppliers by email of the receipt, and this repeatedly. This is unnecessary and too much administrative burden for everyone. - Some companies (people) are still unable to send e-invoices to both the bank and the buyer's program at the same time. Technical solutions exist, you just have to be interested in how to make it work with your programs. - Sales people, cashiers and other invoice issuers are not shown where the e-invoice sending button is located. ## Recommendations **Sending e-invoices is the main or primary**Start by changing your attitude. If you have a modern program that shows recipients of e-invoices, then send an e-invoice, not an email. If the other party expresses a desire to receive a PDF invoice by e-mail, only then send it. **Multiple channels for sending**If your company has to send invoices to both the bank and the buyer's program, then review your process and make it as simple as possible for the customer. Unfortunately, it must be mentioned that even in large companies and banks there is a shortage of people who understand how an e-invoice should move and why to two channels. **Your program does not show information about recipients**Then it is high time for developers to take care of it. If you have already demanded that the developer change the program, you can still philosophize about why you use this program at all? **For those who issue invoices**Show all employees who issue invoices where the button to send e-invoices is located, including cashiers. The share of e-invoices in Estonia and around the world is on the rise.
