The annual report packages are as follows:

• Preparation of an annual report based on 0-5 source documents – 199€;
• Preparation of an annual report based on 6-20 source documents – 349€;
• Preparation of an annual report based on 21-50 source documents – 499€;
• Preparation of the annual report, based on more than 51 source documents – price negotiable.

A source document is considered a purchase or sales invoice, a bank entry (not related to a purchase or sales invoice), a cash document, or other accounting-related source document. Reviewing contracts and recording them is priced on an hourly basis.  

 

Additional services (at the client's request):

• payroll and TÖR 5€ per employee per month;
• each additional source document €2 each (a special price will be agreed for a consolidated report (e.g. sales report);
• tax advice at a price 120€ per hour;
• other additional services according to the client's request for a fee €55 per hour;
• preservation of original documents €30 per year. 

VAT 22% is added to the prices.

We perform accounting 100% paperless, so all original documents can be either e-invoices, pdf invoices or image files. During the contract period we archive original documents for you and we take care of their preservation until the deadline prescribed by law. 

To ensure your security, we have signed a liability insurance contract for the amount 100 000 euros, which compensates for the damage caused by our mistake.
