In 2018, I completed the Executive MBA programme at EBS, which gave me an insight into the latest management approaches, presented by experts of international calibre. I received my higher business education from the Estonian Business School, but my first accounting diploma was awarded while I was still in the secondary school. I have also given lectures at EBS to MA students in International Business Administration.

I have worked as CEO at Grow since the founding of the company. I have also gained experience from Canada, working as a trainee in the audit company UHY LDMB Advisor.

I am fascinated by technology. In particular, I am inspired when I see our team members get excited to try new technological gadgets that facilitate the work of our clients. I like to conduct training sessions, especially when I have to explain complex situations in as simple terms as possible.

I recharge my batteries by snowboarding, kitesurfing or jogging while listening to good music. I enjoy good company, irrespective of the location. I have travelled a lot over the years but nowadays I tend to prefer a calmer routine.

Anna-Liisa Orglaan

Project Manager

Over the years, I have studied information technology, business finances and business administration. In 2007, I received a Master’s degree in Business Finance and Accounting from the Tallinn University of Technology. I have worked in accounting since 2001 and have faced a variety of exciting challenges in this time.

I am always passionate and caring about my work, because I enjoy making our daily work processes more streamlined and efficient. I like helping others and finding solutions to problems.

I hope that accounting in the future will involve less ‘manual labour’ and more interconnected platforms and use of data in management processes. I believe that we are living at a very cool time when we have unending opportunities to learn and improve, create new solutions and upgrade outdated behaviour patterns.

I like to recharge my batteries by travelling – having snowboarding adventures in the mountains in the winter and discovering different European countries in my car in the summer. In fact, the exact destination is not that important. Naturally, I do all that with my friends and family! My eyes lit up at a chance to watch European movies, read books or have long conversations with interesting people about exciting ideas, relationships, history, etc.

Liina Tarmisto

Head of the Tax Team

I studied accounting at the Tallinn Commercial School and in 2002 I graduated from the Estonian Business School specialising in International Business Administration.

My accounting journey began in 1995 and I joined Grow in the late autumn of 2009. Working here has provided me with many opportunities to develop my abilities and, naturally, our great team and the wonderful view from the office window are important parts of the enjoyable working environment.

I spend my spare time with family and friends. I like tasty food from different world cuisines and love good movies, books and music. I enjoy skating, working in my garden, travelling and definitely also spring and the sun, as they always lift my mood.

Helena Kobin

Head of the Development Team

I have been fascinated by the financial world since I was a child, which is why it was not particularly surprising that I started studying Accounting at the Tallinn School of Economics. For me, accounting is one of the most interesting specialties because it constantly offers new challenges and development opportunities. I joined the Grow team in the spring of 2015.

While I started as an assistant, I am now part of the accounting team. Previous experience has taught me that accounting is never simply ‘keeping of accounts’ and is instead a much more complex field.

Sport has been a very important part of my life in the past ten years. I can often be found in a gym or on a jogging track. I appreciate a healthy lifestyle and believe that taking care of one’s health is as important as a good career. Continuous development is also vital. I have learned that knowledge in specialty fields makes my work more exciting and increases my motivation for my job.

Kätlin Lepik

Accountant

I have been working as an accountant since 1995, having acquired my professional qualifications from the Tallinn Technical School of Light Industry. I am very familiar with the world of accounting but still believe that there is always room for improvement and professional development. I joined the great team of Grow in 2014.

When I am not in the office, I like to spend time with my family and practice sports; I also enjoy being in the nature.

Liina Saart

Accountant

I studied accounting at the Tallinn School of Economics. I gained my first professional experience working as an accounting assistant while I was still studying. After graduation, I made good progress in my career and gained a lot of practical experience as chief accountant. I joined the team of Grow in June 2012.

In my spare time I like to dance and practice yoga, read exciting books and spend time with my friends.

Mare Hirvesaar

Accountant

I have graduated from the School of Business and Governance of the Tallinn University of Technology and have been working as an accountant since 1995. In my career, I have gained experience working both in small firms and large manufacturing enterprises. I joined the Grow team in 2008.

In my free time, I sometimes like to be alone, sometimes with family and sometimes with friends. With my family, we often relax by bog hiking and when I am alone I simply enjoy the moment. I like to read, preferably biographies, memoirs and popular science books. I love to go to the theatre and concerts, I enjoy everything from ballet to improvisational theatre. I listen to both classical and dance music.

Kristiin-Marleen Sulg

Accountant

I was born and raised in Tartu, the City of Good Thoughts. My education path brought me to the School of Business and Governance of the Tallinn University of Technology, from which I graduated cum laude in the summer of 2017 specialising in Accounting and Business Administration.

Even when I was at the university, I looked for opportunities for development and becoming independent. While studying, I worked in sales, which provided me with a valuable experience in customer service. I gained my professional knowledge during traineeship at an audit firm.

I also gained great experience when I worked in the USA during my studies and participated in the Erasmus+ programme in Spain. Since the early spring of 2017 I work in the progressive all-female team of Grow where I have the chance to participate in the interesting projects of the development team in addition to my daily responsibilities.

I maintain the balance between my body and mind with a range of exciting and educating activities: reading good books, doing handicraft and practicing sports. I have played volleyball, completed a triathlon and participated in the Võhandu Marathon among other things. I appreciate both personal and professional challenges that test me and provide opportunities for development.

Kristi Väljas

Accountant

I have acquired applied higher education in accounting from the Tallinn School of Economics. I have been using this valuable knowledge with success since 2010. My career has provided me with important and wide-ranging knowledge in different fields of accounting.

I like to spend my spare time with family and friends.

Kristina Kuznetšik

Accountant

My professional education path began at the Tallinn School of Economics and continued at the Tallinn University of Technology where I was awarded a Master’s degree in Accounting. I gained my first professional accounting experience working in Eltel Networks AS and have been part of the fun team at Grow since 2016.

Accounting is an interesting and diverse field. I have continued to gain new knowledge thanks to the diverse range of clients of Grow who are willing to go along with the innovations and changes associated with cool new accounting systems.

I spend my spare time mainly with my family. I like to practice yoga, read books and test interesting recipes as a hobby.

Ingrid Aadva

Accountant

I acquired my professional qualifications at the Tallinn School of Economics and started working for an accounting firm while still studying. I was attracted to work there by the opportunity to learn from professionals and by the diverse client portfolio of the company.

I like the profession of an accountant because it offers me new opportunities to improve my knowledge and contribute to the development of different companies on a daily basis. I am also a member of the taxation team at Grow in order to stay informed of ongoing changes in legislation and support the Grow team with interpretation of laws.

I spend my spare time with family and friends.

Kätlin Rimgaila

Accountant

I acquired applied higher education in Accounting in 2009 from the Tallinn College of the Tallinn University of Technology. I have also studied as an exchange student at Jönköping International Business School, Sweden. I have been working as an accountant since 2008.

My free time belongs to my family. I like to travel to discover new places and I also enjoy handicrafts.

Kirsika Randjõe

Accountant

My interest in accounting and numbers began when I was still in secondary school. After the school, I was enrolled in the Bachelor’s programme in Applied Economics at the Tallinn University of Technology.

I learned to appreciate teamwork in customer service jobs I was doing while studying, and travelling in the USA helped me grow as a person. I learned to stand up for myself, to take responsibility and to look for solutions instead of problems.

There is a spark of idealism inside me, which is why my work is a source of great pleasure – I can spend tireless hours working for the perfect result.

When I am not at work I enjoy… finishing up the work tasks that I did not complete during the day. After this is done (and peace of mind is achieved), I like spending time with my family and friends. My eyes lit up at good books, art films, candlelight and my pug Daniel.

Karina Kohava

Accountant

I studied Business Administration at the Bachelor’s level at the Tallinn University of Technology, because I wanted to attain a broad education enabling me to make smart choices in life. During my studies I became interested in the world of finance and I continued at the Master’s level specialising in Business Finance and Accounting. I joined Grow in 2016 and have been consistently growing and developing since then.

As an accountant, my dream for the future of accounting is increased automation, which would leave me more time to communicate with our great clients and to support them in their business.

I like to spend my holidays discovering the world. I envisage my future self as travelling even more and to even farther places. In my spare time I like to jog, go out with friends, and my great passion is theatre.
